Timetable
A daily practice sensitive to the body’s changing needs allows for a deeper understanding of the subtle aspects of yoga. Traditionally, yoga is taught through personal tuition. A sequence specific to the individual would be taught to address imbalances in the mechanics and energetics of the body.

From 6:00am, 8:00am & 5:30pm • 60 - 90 min Sessions
These sessions provide one-to-one guidance in a small group setting.
Numbers are limited and start times are staggered.
24 hours notice is required to cancel/change a set appointment.
Minimum commitment is 8 weeks.
Prerequisite is an introduction one on one session with Dhali.
