Personalised for small private groups of up to 4 people , our Wellness Day is set up with an hour of Yoga and an hour of meditation with a break in between. For those just wanting a getaway with friends, private functions or the healthier side of Hens celebrations, we hold both sessions in our beautiful Torquay studio on the Surfcoast and are happy to customise times that suit you.
